1. Final Sale Policy


Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales of Golden Relief Body Butter and Golden Relief Herbal Oil are considered final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used.



2. Damaged or Defective Items


If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer:

a replacement product, or

a refund to your original form of payment


To qualify, you must provide:

a clear description of the issue

photographic evidence of damage or defect

proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)



3. Non-Returnable Situations


We cannot issue refunds or replacements if:

the product has been used or tampered with

the issue is reported after 7 days from delivery

the product was purchased from a third-party seller instead of directly through our store



4. Return Shipping


If a return is authorized, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Unless the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.



5. Refund Processing


If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if required).
