The quality of the oil is amazing. I have knee pain every day. I use this item on my knees and my back. I was amazed at how it actually stopped the pain. I use it every morning and at bedtime. The scent is light and pleasant—even though it has oregano oil, it settles into something that smells like lemon balm to me. It’s fresh and soothing, not overpowering.
